Nintendo. has given fans their first glimpse of Yoshi in the latest teaser trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.
As the guardians of the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario (Chris Pratt) and Luigi (Charlie Day) are content after the events of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. However, the brothers must fly across the galaxy to stop Bowser Jr. (Benny Safdie) from freeing his father (Jack Black) from his little jail. Brie Larson’s Rosalina, another princess who dwells in space and raises the Lumas, joins the group along with a returning Princess Peach (Anya Taylor-Joy) and Toad (Keegan-Michael Key).
The first glimpse of Yoshi is what many fans have been waiting for, and the small green dinosaur has finally made his appearance thanks to the new teaser. Yoshi will not be the only dinosaur in the film; Birdo and a T.Rex that first appeared in 2017’s Super Mario Odyssey are also highlighted in the new trailer, which mostly sets up his entry in the franchise.
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is only in cinemas April 1st.
