The 2026 Creative Arts Emmy Awards wrapped up Sunday night after two nights honoring the best in television’s technical, artistic, guest acting and unscripted categories.
The ceremonies were held Sept. 5 and 6 at the Peacock Theater at L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles, kicking off the 78th Emmy Awards. Night One largely focused on reality, variety and nonfiction programming, while Night Two shifted the spotlight to scripted television, including comedy, drama, limited series and animation.
Across the two ceremonies, Widow’s Bay emerged as the biggest winner with eight Emmys. The Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Starring Bad Bunny followed with seven, while DTF St. Louis and The Traitors each collected six. The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and Spider-Noir earned five apiece.
Other notable winners included David Harbour and Linda Cardellini for DTF St. Louis, Shailene Woodley for Paradise, Ernest Harden Jr. for The Pitt, Rob Reiner for The Bear and Betty Gilpin for Widow’s Bay.

The two Creative Arts ceremonies will be edited into a single television special airing Saturday, Sept. 12 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FXX, with streaming availability on Hulu the following day.
The 78th Emmy Awards continue Monday, Sept. 14, with the main ceremony hosted by Mariska Hargitay, airing live on NBC and streaming on Peacock.
