DC is doubling down in Girl Power. A couple of weeks ahead of the US premiere of Wonder Woman, it’s been confirmed that a sequel is already in the works. On the red carpet of the Shanghai premiere, director/producer Zack Snyder has confirmed that Wonder Woman 2 will be happening at Warner Bros. According to producer Deborah Snyder, Joss Whedon’s Batgirl will be the Warner Bros’ next female led superhero film, with the Margot Robbie lead Suicide Squad spin-off Gotham City Sirens on the docket as well.
