Steven Spielberg recently confirmed that he would be working with Harrison Ford again on the fifth Indiana Jones film. In a recent interview with EW to promote Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, Ford had this to say about his other famous franchise:
“Oh, yeah. Yeah, I’d love to do another Indiana Jones. A character that has a history and a potential, kind of a rollicking good movie ride for the audience, Steven Spielberg as a director — what’s not to like?”
Producer Frank Marshall recently confirmed that another Indy film would definitely involve Ford, rather than recast the role, so it sounds like everyone is on board. Now we just need a script. Or rather, a script that doesn’t involve Shia LeBeouf.
