MGM has released the cast list and character images for their upcoming animated The Addams Family film. The cast includes Oscar Isaac (Gomez), Charlize Theron (Morticia), Allison Janney (arch nemesis Margaux Needler), Bette Midler (Grandmama), Chloë Grace Moretz (Wednesday), Finn Wolfhard (Pugsley), and Nick Kroll (Uncle Fester).
The Addams Family began as a single panel comic strip in Ther New Yorker in 1938 by cartoonist Charles Addams and has since been adapted into various mediums, including the iconic 1960’s television series, the successful 1990’s films, and a Saturday morning animated series.
The Addams Family will be released in time for Halloween on October 11, 2019.
