Woody Harrelson has been cast to play a villain named the Colonial in the upcoming Planet of the Apes film, War of the Planet of the Apes. It is the third installment of the highly successful reboot of the franchise. Matt Reeves will be returning to helm the film and it will continue to follow the story of Caesar, brought to life once again by Andy Serkis.
War of the Planet of the Apes is set for release on July 14, 2017.
