Michael Shannon and Kevin Spacey star as Elvis Presley and President Richard Nixon, respectively, in this new film about their famous meeting at the White House on December 21, 1970. To create an entire film based on one meeting seems like it might be stretch, but it looks like it has some fun performances. Oddly, this isn’t the first film based on the meeting. A TV film similarly titled Elvis Meets Nixon came aired in 1997.
