‘Wonder Woman 1984’ Pushed Back To August

In “We Wouldn’t Expect Any Different” news, the Brothers Warner have announced that the June 5 release of “Wonder Woman 1984” has been pushed back to August 14 due do the current apocalypse coronavirus pandemic. The film joins others like”No Time to Die,” Black Widow,” “A Quiet Place 2,” “Mulan” and “F9,” which have all been delayed as well. While the initial delays were due to concerns that the virus would negatively affect international box office, the growing threat domestically has shuttered most movie theaters in the country. A handful of films that were expecting March and April releases are going straight to digital formats, while films like “In the Heights” and “Scoob” have been pushed indefinitely.

Given the rapid growth of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and August 14 release may still be optimistic.
