Live life and breathe air because the iCarly cast has officially reunited!
Miranda Cosgrove, the star of the former Nickelodeon sitcom, took to Instagram yesterday to post a selfie with past co-stars Jerry Trainor and Nathan Kress. Although the caption only reads a blue heart emoji, both Trainor and Kress posted the same photo on their accounts where Kress wrote “My people” and Trainor wrote, “Prepare yourselves.”

Back in December, it was announced that a reboot of iCarly would stream on Paramount Plus, a rebrand of the streaming service CBS All Access. Although no details have been released on the plot of the rebooted series, Cosgrove, Trainor, and Kress will all be reprising their former roles as well as Noah Munck, not pictured, who will reprise his role of Gibby Gibson.
The original sitcom aired on Nickelodeon from 2007 to 2012 and told the story of teenager Carly Shay (Miranda Cosgrove) who starts a web show called ‘iCarly’ with her two best friends Freddie Benson (Nathan Kress) and Sam Puckett (Jennette McCurdy). Carly, whose web show becomes an internet phenomenon, lives in Seattle with her whacky older brother Spencer (Jerry Trainor) in an apartment with a third -floor studio loft where the show is produced.
Created by Dan Schneider, iCarly ran for six seasons and was nominated five times for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Children’s Program. The show even had a spinoff series titled Sam & Cat starring Jennette McCurdy as Sam and Ariana Grande as Cat from the other hit Nickelodeon series Victorious. As of right now, McCurdy will not be joining the revival cast.
Paramount Plus will be available for streaming beginning March 4.
