  • “Beverly Hills Cop II” (1987): Directed by Tony Scott, this sequel continued Axel Foley’s adventures. Though not as critically acclaimed as the first, it was a box office success, grossing over $276 million worldwide.
  • “Beverly Hills Cop III” (1994): Helmed by John Landis, this installment saw Foley investigating a theme park murder. While it had a lukewarm reception compared to its predecessors, Eddie Murphy’s charm remained a highlight.
