The X-Men preview for Avengers: Doomsday is as bleak as the Thor and Steve Rogers trailers that came before it. It depicts an older, friendlier Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr, a devastated Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters, and an angry Scott Summers firing optic blasts while sentinels wait behind him.
