The Wrap is reporting that director Seth Gordon has left the Uncharted video game movie adaptation. Uncharted is a hugely popular video game franchise that centers around treasure hunter Nathan Drake and his fortune seeking adventures. According to the Wrap, new Sony studio head Tom Rothman wanting to take the project in a new creative direction which led to Gordon leaving the project. The adaptation has gone through many screenwriters and even Oscar nominated director David O’ Russell was attached at one point.
