Tom Holland’s ‘Spider-Man 4’ Gets Official Title- ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’

It was announced at the 2025 CinemaCon, which is the official convention of the National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO), that the title for the fourth installment of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man series will be called Spider-Man: Brand New Day. It was also announced that the release date has been set for July 31, 2026.

Holland sent along a video for the announcement. “I am so sorry I can’t be with you. I am halfway around the world shooting a movie,” said Holland, who is currently filming  Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. “I know we left you with a massive clip hanger at the end of ‘No Way Home,” so ‘Spider Man: Brand New Day’ is a fresh start. It is exactly that. That’s all I can say. That’s all I’ve been allowed to say. And I’m well over the hump of giving away spoilers, so don’t be worried. I’m not going to do that today.”

Though very little info has been revealed about the upcoming film, it was recently announced that Stranger Things star Sadie Sink will be joining Holland in the film. Seeing as how No Way Home ended with the world forgetting who Peter Parker is, it’s unclear if any of the rest of the remaining cast of the last three films will make appearances.

There is also no word if Holland will be returning for more Spidy films, but it’s feasible that Brand New Day will be setting the stage for Holland to bow out of the series, and maybe even pull Spider-Man away from the MCU.
