Sam Raimi will be directing a new mystery thriller centered on the Bermuda Triangle for Skydance Productions. This is just one of three Bermuda Triangle projects in development, the others by Universal and Warner Bros. Raimi’s will be written by Doug Miro and Carlo Bernard,, who co-wrote The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (not much to brag about there, Skydance).
This past fall, it was reported that the mystery of the infamous area in the Caribbean where ships and planes have disappeared was solved, although that is being disputed. As far as we’re concerned, it doesn’t matter what angle Raimi goes with, so long as Bruce Campbell has a cameo.
