Birth.Movie.Death has learned that none other than Darth Vader will likely be making an appearance in the first Star Wars spin-off, Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One. according to the site, he will not be the main antagonist, but he will be working behind the scenes, “pulling strings” and will appear onscreen, likely via viewscreen or holo projection.
As the film will take place between Episodes III and IV, it makes sense to squeeze in as many original characters as possible. The idea of a film taking place during the original trilogy, while a new trilogy is being produced is a bit questionable, but if it’s good, who cares?
