Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Bill Murray will have a cameo in the new Ghostbusters remake. After years of his disinterest in starring in Ghostbusters 3, citing his disappointment in Ghostbusters II as the reason, he has decided to join his former St. Vincent costar Melissa McCarthy, along side original Ghostbusters co-star Dan Akroyd, who will also be cameoing (is that a word?). We still stand by or assessment that this film is a bad idea, but if the original guys are stopping by to give their stamp of approval, can we at least get some love for Ernie Hudson?
It was also recently announced that Ozzy Osbourne may also be featured in a cameo role as well. So…that’s a thing that’s happening.
