There’s not much known about the World War Z sequel except that David Fincher will be directing the project and Brad Pitt and Mireille Enos will return reprise their roles from the original film. However, according to a new listing from Production Weekly, filming will begin sometime late March this year, despite previous claims from producers that it would begin filming in June.
It’s also been revealed that the working title will be Maximiilan, and that they will be filming it in Thailand and Spain, in addition to Pinewood Atlanta Studios.
Production should wrap in early 2020, so we would expect a release late next year.
