THR is reporting that the always amazing Willem Defoe has been added to the cast of Justice League: Parts One and Two. Defoe will be joining his Spider-Man co-star J.K. Simmons (who will be portraying Commissioner Gordon), as well as Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Amber Heard and Ray Fisher.
Nothing is known about his role at this point, other than that he will be a good guy. It’s really too bad they already cast the Joker.
Justice League: Part One will be released November 17, 2017.
