Weekend Box Office-September 18th-20th

We’re starting to enter Oscar season, so we’ll likely be seeing more films like Johhny Depp’s Whitey Bulger biopic Black Mass and Lily Tomlin’s quirky abortion film (yep, you read that correctly) Grandma in theaters soon. Late summer blockbuster Mission Impossible-Rogue Nation is still going strong, as is Straight Outta Compton, as are typical post summer/pre Oscar releases like Everest and The Visit. Coming in strong at number one is the Mazerunner follow up, The Scorch Trials.
