BATTLE AT BIG ROCK is an all-new Jurassic World short film directed by Colin Trevorrow, written by Trevorrow and Emily Carmichael.
The short takes place one year after the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom film in Big Rock National Park, where dinosaurs are now living in our world. The story follows a family of four whose encounter with these wild animals becomes a terrifying fight for survival. The short film, and it’s mid-credits sequence, demonstrates how the event of Fallen Kingdom have affected the world.
The film, which stars André Holland, Natalie Martinez, Melody Hurd, and Pierson Salvador, is likely a prequel to the upcoming still-untitled Jurassic World 3, which is scheduled for release June 11, 2021.
