Marvel Studios has released the teaser trailer for the highly anticipated film, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, featuring Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Marvel’s “First Family,” the Fantastic Four.
The trailer shows team already suited up and with their powers, living as celebrities in a futuristic ’60s aesthetic,. We see Sue Storm’s invisibility, Ben Grimm’s rocky exterior, Johnny Storm’s flames, and even a quick shot of Galactus, though we d0 not see Reed Richards’ stretching ability.
The film will kick off “Phase Six” of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, one that does not include Kang as the main villain, but instead one that will see the rise of Doctor Doom (Robert Downey Jr.)
The Fantastic Four: First Steps cast includes Pascal as Mr. Fantastic, Kirby as the Invisible Woman, Quinn as the Human Torch, and Moss-Bachrach as the Thing, with Julia Garner as the Silver Surfer, and John Malkovich and Natasha Lyonne in undisclosed roles.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps hits theaters on July 25th.
