Melissa Benoist, known for her starring role in CW’s Supergirl, as well as Glee and the films Whiplash and Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, posted a 14-minute long video on Instagram in which she opens up about domestic abuse she suffered at the hands of an ex boyfriend.
