Deadline is reporting that Bruce Campbell will be executive producing and hosting a new horror themed reality game show, tentatively called Bruce Campbell’s Horrified. The show will have contestants living together in a haunted house-type of residence, and competing in a series of horror themed team and individual challenges, each themed around a horror sub-genre. The show is being produced by Craig Armstrong and Rick Ringbakk of 5X5 Media, who recently produced the now canceled TBS reality game show, King Of The Nerds.
Reality game shows ran their course a long time ago, but a horror reality hosted by Bruce frigging Campbell? As if Ash vs Evil Dead wasn’t enough. We’re in. Hopefully the show will find a home, as it is currently being shopped around to various networks.
