The hostless 2019 Academy Awards went off without a hitch, and while it wasn’t the overwhelmingly best Oscars telecast, it definitely had its moments, including an opening act of Queen featuring new frontman Adam Lambert, a “non-hosting” monologue from Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph, a “Wayne’s World” reunion with Mike Myers and Dana Carvey, and a great acceptance speech from Spike Lee.
